Comic Procedural Shader

Fully procedural shader to create a comic style effect. All of these shader are based on point of view. Enjoy it.

Into the .blend file there are 7 nodes groups, feel free to mixed them together to create another comic style effect.

The shader works only with EEVEE render engine due to use of "Shader to RGB" node not yet optimized for Cycles.

Tested with Blender 2.82a
